I was born in 2/5/1966 in Agrinio - a town in the middle Greece - but my family moved from there when I was only a few months old, for Ioannina, a picturesque and atmospheric town in the northwestern part of Greece. Having lived in it until 1984 I consider it my hometown. The rest of my family (my parents Fotis and Elisavet, and my brother Christos with his wife Anastasia and my nephews Fotis and Konstantinos) still live in Ioannina. In March 2000 I got married with Katerina. She isfar more than my wife, my best friend and my colleague: above all she is a person that admire for her intelligence, her way of thinking and her sensitivity. Katerina is always by my side every time I need help or inspiration to continue. In August 2005 our daughter Venetia was born in Athens and our family now counts 5 members total (including our two cats Sifis and Sabucca).

Currently, we are living in Athens, in Palaio Faliro - a suburb in the south area of Athens, not so far away from the center of the city and near the sea front. I like sports a lot and I'm trying to exercise in my leisure time. I particularly like playing basketball (the adrenalin-seeker side of me), jogging (for concentration / meditation) and tennis (good chance to enjoy some action with Katerina). I am constantly trying to quit smoking (this month I am smoking, the next not, and so on...) - but one day I hope to quit permanently.
